According to the Laws of Ukraine "About credit unions","About financial services and regulation of the financial services market","About prevention and counteraction to legalization of fraudulent gains",its Charter and Licence for activity realizaton of placing funds of Union members on deposit accounts.

The Union attracts members funds on deposit accounts both in cash and non-cash on contractual stipulation.

Members deposits on the escrow accounts and accrued interest are of members private property.

Each member of the Union  has a right to get his/her due deposits on the escrow accounts,also accrued interest in definite order and terms fixed in the contract of the Union member.

Typical contracts on mobilization of capital on the escrow accounts are to be approved by Union Observation council decision.

Interest rate accrued on the escrow accounts for some kinds of deposits are to be decided by Union Observation council.

Union mobilises Union members capital on the escrow accounts on contractual stipulation on the ground of definite contracts that have:

1) document name;

2) Union name,address and requirements;

3) natural person's(who receives services) first and last name,address;

4) financial operation name;

5) financial assets rate given in sum,its paying in terms and mutual settlements;

6) life of a contract;

7) procedure of contract change and its discharge;

8) Parties' rights and obligations,their responsibility for non-fulfilment or inadequate fulfilment of contract conditions;

9) other conditions with Parties' approbation;

10) Parties' signatures.
